2. Information about offers
- Prices, availability and flight times are indicative and are refreshed from tour operators' systems; the final price and availability are confirmed by a consultant before booking.
- Hotel and destination photos and descriptions are provided in good faith but may differ from reality.
- The website itself does not sell trips — it arranges the request between you and the tour operator.
3. Requests and bookings
By submitting a request you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete. A request is not a payment — before a booking is confirmed, a consultant checks the price and availability. After confirmation, the booking is arranged under the tour operator's terms, which you will review before final confirmation.
4. Payment and cancellation
Payment and cancellation terms are set by the tour operator. A consultant explains them before the booking is confirmed. Payment is made in the order specified by the tour operator.
5. Travel documents and visas
The traveller is responsible for valid travel documents and visas, as well as for meeting vaccination and other state requirements. A consultant provides information, but the final responsibility lies with the traveller.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. By submitting a request you consent to the processing of data needed to arrange an offer and a booking.
7. Reviews and liability
We strive to keep the information on the site current and accurate but are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information provided by third parties (e.g. tour operator descriptions).
